Monitored on 5/26/21 by LM & MM. One plant was fence high and the other two were well below. The plants were only "good". They were not thriving as we have seen for most elderberry. The location may be too shady. There were three different sedges in the cage along with Golden Alexanders and poison ivy.

3 were below fence height and one was fence high. There was poison ivy, ash sprouts, and golden alexanders in the cage. We cut most vegetation down and cut a large group of ash sprouts outside the cage. 6/25/20 Linda and Dennis M
