| Cage Notes: monitored July 7, 2021, by -jrrs This cage gets run into by out of control bikers, so it’s a bit beat up, but good enough as is. 4 ROD look good, but maybe need a little more tone to set roots on west side of cage. Two Chokecherry remain, but they are small and not really thriving. Why? Maybe relocate inside or out of cage? Three Illinois / Prairie Rose look excellent. Many blooms. Is front rose a volunteer? How many did we plant. Cage still has a little room for more native shrubs. Time to cut down huge female buckthorn on riverbank behind it. Date Entered: July 7, 2021 |
